Kiehl's New York Holiday Up for Grabs!
Calling all aspiring photographers!
Kiehl’s invites you to take part in “A Luminous Life” Photography Competition, in conjunction with the launch of Kiehl’s Dermatologist Solutions Ultimate White.
The top 10 finalists will have their work showcased at the Kiehl’s Luminous Exhibition located along Tangs Plaza from April 3 to 9, 2009.

NUSPS Photo of the Week! #1
So here comes the FIRST issue of NUSPS POW (Photo of the week)! And the winner is:

As this is the first time, let me clarify how POW works:
- Photos added to the NUSPS Flickr pool each week are automatically considered for POW selection.
- During NUSPS Committee Meeting on every Friday, we will vote out around 10 photos (this number is not fixed), and the one with the highest votes will emerge as the POW.
- All these 10+- photos will be featured in our official website and Flickr group.
- We will print out the POW and feature it in the actual NUSPS Notice Board (which is near the Central Library). The Notice Board is updated monthly, altogether with 4 or 5 POWs of that month.
Hence for this month, we will update the Notice Board probably on the 31th Oct with 3 POWs (from this week, next week and the week after respectively).

NUSPS POW #0
Hi all! As promised, here is the POW #0 :) Photos considered range from the very first one in our pool to Sharon’s Firehose, around 150 photos in total :)

This week we had less photo, probably because exams are drawing near...
Originally we planned to put up the photos on the notice board after yesterday's meeting, however we realized that we can't get the original sized POW #3 in time. So the new plan is to print out and put up the POWs on the first Friday of the month, and that is next week. So POWs of Oct 2008, remember to check out the NUSPS Notice Board after next Friday!
NUSPS POW #4!
This week we have two POWs again (that proves our taste are rather similar :P). Good work, Raison D'etre and Derek!
The POWs of last month has already been pasted on our Notice Board. In case you don't know where, it is just located along the corridor that links the Central Library and FASS, and it is the only green board there so should be rather outstanding. :) However due to space constraint we have to put Zhang Xie's bird (one of POW# 0) into this month's, with the two POWs below.
And as the exams are coming, the NUSPS committee has decided to pause the POW selection for one month and will resume by December. Good luck everyone and Happy Mugging! :)

The NUSPS Photo of the week is back! A big thank you to those who have been supporting and actively contributing to our flickr group. The POW session of our weekly meeting is always the most enjoyable, at least to me...(oops). Hope to see more nice photos coming in!

This week we don't have many photos, but the quality is superb. And the winner this week is chengyu's infra-red version of Singapore Botanical Garden:) Very nice photos, congrats!
