NUSPS 42nd Management Commitee open positions

Dear Member,

The Photographic Society of NUS (NUSPS) is recruiting her 42nd Management Committee members. Currently, we have the following two positions open:

  1. Creative Director
  2. Publicity Director

The jopscopes of these two positions are as follow:

Creative Director

  • Conceptualising and designing creative materials for all society activities (such as posters, T-shirts, name cards etc)
  • Assist the IT Director in graphical aspects of the website

Publicity Director

  • Liaises closely with Creative Director
  • Responsible for printing of posters, name card, T-shirts etc.
  • Responsible for posting publicity materials such as banners and posters in various locations and dissemination of publicity materials
  • In charge of publicizing NUSPS events
  • In charge of social media and maintaining NUSPS accounts (such as Twitter, Facebook etc)

NUSPS Annual General Meeting - Election of 42nd MC

Dear Members,

We cordially invite you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on this coming Friday, 20 August 2010. The purpose of the AGM is to elect a new Management Committee for the next academic year. Nominations will be made on the spot.

Please note that this is a members-only event. Members must produce valid membership card or any other form of identification in order to be admitted.
Only Ordinary & Life members may cast votes and stand as candidates. Nonetheless, Associate members are welcome to attend the AGM and pose questions to the candidates.

NUSPS - Montage Launch helpers needed

Dear Members,

The Photographic Society of NUS will be launching MONTAGE 2010, our annual flagship event on 22-23 March 2010 (this coming Monday and Tuesday). We would like to invite you to be a part of MONTAGE 2010 Launching!

A booth will be set up along Arts Faculty walkway at Bench 5 to promote the upcoming event. Do sign up here

if you wish to be part of the launch and help to publicize the event to the NUS community.

Even if you cannot help out, do drop by at our booth to find out more about Montage 2010 and bring your friends along too!
