Competition
1. How many submissions are allowed per person?
There is no limit on the number of submissions each person can submit. However, participants are to submit 3-5 photographs per submission.
2. How much will it cost to participate?
Entry is free.
3. Are team submissions allowed?
Yes, team submissions are allowed.
4. How are the entries judged?
Entries will be judged based on their relevance to the theme, photographic technique, storyline, creativity, and originality. Emphasis will be placed on relevance to the theme and being able to link the series of photos together.
5. How do I submit my entry?
Participant may submit their photographs through one of the following methods:
1) Online Submission
Please go to www.nusps.org.sg/cgs/submission.php to submit your photographs.
2) CD Submission
All photos must be saved onto a CD and submitted together with the entry form.

6. When is the deadline?
Please submit all your entries by 10 February 2010.
Eligibility
1. Am I eligible to enter?
Submissions can be made on the following categories:
- Schools (for students in the primary and secondary schools, junior colleges and ITEs)
- Open (for individuals aged 16 – 35)
2. If I have just graduated from secondary school and will be heading to Junior College in 2010, am I still allowed to participate?
Yes you are allowed to participate under the school category. Kindly put “Entering Junior College in 2010” under School Name during submission.
Write up / Captions
1. Is it necessary to have a write up/caption(s)?
A write up and /or caption explaining the series of pictures is compulsory for each submission. However, it is not necessary to provide a caption for each individual photograph. The participant(s) may choose to write captions, write up or both.
The candidate will be judged on the series of photographs as well as the write up and / or captions. However, participants will not be penalised for grammatical and spelling mistakes in the write-up / caption(s).
2. Is there any word limit on the write up /caption(s)?
There is no minimum number of words required. However, there is a maximum limit of 300 words (for both captions and write ups).
3. What should I write in my write up / caption(s)?
The write up and / or caption(s) should convey the message behind the series of photographs submitted and how it is related to the theme.
